The Civil Society Development Foundation (CSDF) is an independent, non–governmental organisation, established in 1994, following an initiative of the European Commission. CSDF is an “organisation for organisations”, sharing the belief that the very development of non–governmental organisations is an indicator of the progress of communities and citizens.

ODS is conducting a study that takes stock of the results of the Foundation’s activities over the strategic period 2011-2016. The study is designed to contribute insights to the Strategic Plan 2018-2022 and a corresponding Operational Plan. Our approach for this project is based on extensive research and an inclusive consultation process that provides CSDF’s main stakeholders the opportunity to exchange experiences and views of the past and future five years in order to co-create the necessary input for the upcoming strategic planning process.
