Matthias Jespers
Matthias is a versatile professional with more than a decade of experience in financial management, HRM, and administrative operations, specialising in non-profit, association and EU project environments. He has extensive experience in budget and cash flow management, regulatory compliance, and implementing efficient administrative systems and processes.
Before joining ODS he has worked for various non-profit organisations such as the European Association for the Education of Adults, the European Technology Platform for the Future of Textiles and Clothing and Greenpeace European Unit in various finance, general operations and governance coordination roles.
Matthias is passionate about contributing to impactful initiatives, financial transparency and ensuring operational excellence. As a Brussels native, he speaks Dutch, French and English and has notions of Finnish.
