We designed and facilitated the development of ECOS HR strategy. Through a series of workshops and interviews with staff, we followed a value-based participatory approach to identify the HR components that needed to be incorporated, updated and prioritised. The HR strategy included relevant recommendations for the revision of existing HR policies and processes and a new roadmap to deliver on the objectives.
