Currently, we are supporting Porticus Brazil for a 5 year criminal justice programme as facilitators, evaluators, designers and critical friends. We are working with local partners to understand the context of the programme through a co-created stakeholder map, Theory of Change and MEL design. In the second phase of work we will conduct a mid-term review and end-term evaluation following the agreed MEL design.
