We designed and implemented the Baseline assessment for Kvinna till Kvinna’s Sida CIVSAM-funded programmes in four regions (South Caucasus, MENA, DRC, Western Balkans). The framework and process were designed in line with Kvinna till Kvinna’s feminist monitoring, evaluation and learning practices and the evaluation plans for the programme. We also provided developmental analysis and MEL planning input.
