We conducted the MTR of WWF’s Blueprint for a Sustainable European Policy Agenda 2020-2026 involving both the European Policy Office (EPO) and the broader European Network. We designed and launched a Network-wide survey and took a participatory approach including internal and external interviews, as well as focus group discussions and two sensemaking sessions with the Strategy Advisory Group and all EPO staff.
