We supported the Fair Trade Advocacy Office (FTAO) in Brussels developing its Theory of Change in a series of collaborative workshops with staff members and partners. Based on the new Theory of Change, we updated the current strategy and work plan, and ran an Organisational Development scan to arrive at a concrete and actionable roadmap.
