Our team can facilitate workshops that build on our working principles, such as workshops on decoloniality, whiteness, intersectional feminism and well being. These workshops can adopt a number of formats, ranging from more traditional participative lectures to bookclubs designed to challenge existing assumptions through alternative narratives or art workshops to connect with the collective creativity of the organisation. We also facilitate group training on conflict management and change management using adaptive leadership.
